building at 200 East 62nd Street - NOISE!!!

This building has AWFUL construction. they are revnovating many units. BE CAREFUL that your unit is not under (or over) a revovation, as the noise is unbearable. If there in construction on the floor, the dust is pretty bad. Its ok if youre at work all day, but if anyone has kids, BE CAREFUL!
