Punish this landlord for raising the price of this unit 8 weeks ago! It's soooo overpriced now. Offer $1.5M --- that's what it's worth.

given the location and quantity of potential units for sale, I'd not go over 900 sq ft. So $1.2mm. That whole development strikes me as a ticking time bomb in terms of upside down mortgages, short sales, and foreclosures.
