There's a resale in the building selling for under the selling price in 2006. You also save big bucks on transfer tax. I'm not sure how desirable the apt is since it's on the first floor, but it's got a decent size outdoor space. Has anyone seen Apt 128?

rich- Thanks for chiming in. The floorplan doesn't look bad. Can you show us the view from the apartment and the outdoor space?

Don't tell that to LICComment! Don't people know they're opening a Duane Reade in Long Island City?!

"opening a Duane Reade in Long Island City" -- sounds like an art installation. Is PS 1 behind it?

Hmm, seems like it bothers steve that people are showing interest in condos in LIC.

Not at all. Most curious about your interpretation, though, as the inquiry was about how much less the building is now worth.

Less than in 2006.
