New listing at 15 Madison Square North for a 6,137 sq.ft. apartment, 17th floor w. fireplace overlooking the park -- asking $13.5 million. The penthouses (lines A&B) went for a combined price of $15.5 million or $2,110 psf (check it out on Property Shark). Now, in the midst of the worst depression in 80 years, they're asking $2,199 psf for a lower floor w. no outdoor space. How stupid do they think buyers are. Or maybe they think people ready to part w. $10 million plus don't do their homework.
