Discussion about

For a full floor coop loft, do you include the stairs and elevator in the square footage measure? What about outside wall thinkness?

I do not think you should as you would not include your share of common space in the normal coop or condo. Probably half the outside wall thickness.

Get the condo declaration and read how the developer is calculating the square feet.
