My unsolicited advice: selling in this market is tough as you no doubt know and fear. Do all you can to market your place. That means more neutral and less taste-specific wall color. You've decluttered well, but from the pix I have no vision of how one would set up and live in this space; you might give some thought to staging it better to give buyers a vision.
