My nominee is 30 East 85 Street #5E 1250 sf. on the 5th floor for $3,495,000. This is a tough one because there are no pictures or floorplan yet. But I am going to go out on a limb here and say that if this isn't a mistake it's a joke. Sure, its an apartment that has floors and windows. But honestly, $2,800 a sf. seems so pre-Lehman. As an alternative, in the very same building, you could rent 2,400 sf. with a balcony for $14,500 a month.

1.Which famous 70's actress's father owns testers glue?
2.What did he do to the glue to make people stop sniffing it?
