Condo responsible for leaks from behind my wall, right?

Discussion about
Tenant below has water damage to her ceiling caused by a leak originating behind the wall of my condo (plumber thinks somewhere in the valve-body. This is the condo's responsibility to fix/pay, right? My understanding is that I'm responsible for anything inside the unit (ex leaking shower head) but the Condo is responsible for stuff behind the walls. Is this spelled-out in some document? Thanks.
