do a google streetview.. this area is very scary at night.

"Relocation" = "unemployed."

its still over 2 million dollars...in the plant district...

according to the dimensions (included and not) in the floorplan: 3025 square foot

actual price per square foot: $777
still a great deal, but not the hyped $650 by the brokers. Typical brokers. Given any opportunity to lie, and they're all over it. No shame.

But being a condo, their lie is going to catch up with them in the contract, opening the door for a misrespresentation of product and a smart buyer will easily be able to back out of the contract if so wanted.

Not there yet, but it's a great start.

condos inflate sf just as co-ops do. it's ubiquitous in this city.
