http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/building/502-1-street-brooklyn How do you think about this brownstone listing? We went to open house weeks ago, and placed an offer. They told me there is a asking price offer and will be in contract soon. However, they jumped all their price by 5% to 10% yesterday. What are they thinking? I am totally lost here.

Greedy seller. Probably someone(s) made offering higher than asking price.
I walk away from this.
