did you live at 200 s birch road? its the best location in lauderdale.....i tried zillow but it only brought up 1 apt in the bldg.......

My impression is that some of the best deals in that area come from foreclosure sales. I think you really have to be at the actual auctions, though.

Mhillqt - If I remember the addresses correctly, I think 200 S. Birch was being built at the time I lived there. In any case, you are correct -- it's the best location. You can walk to tons of amenities (not to mention the beach), and it's a 10 minute, stress-free commute to downtown. Can't beat it.

200 s birch road was built in 1970 i believe...its an older building...unfortunately realtor.com and realtytrac.com dont have listings on this building...thanks
