What percentage of Manhattan's Housing Stock, below 96th Street is currently Rentals?

About 2/3 since only 1/3 of Manhattan residents own

Pretty sure it is higher, because most of north of 96th street does not own. Tons and tons and tons and tons of rental buildings. Washington Heights doesn't have a lot of ownership.

So south of would need to be higher to make up for that.
