Discussion about 310 Lexington Avenue #14F

Does anyone have any ideas about why the maintenace would be so high on this apartment? I assume it may be due to the outdoor space but just wanted if there was something else that I was missing. $2800 per month is super high!

i live near this building and it seems like the mtce is above average(maybe average in this market...not sure anymore) but i would say you are paying for the huge terrace...its a great location.....and a nice building...

I think you would be dramatically overpaying for the terrace space in that apartment. That $2800 maintenance is incredibly high for a one bedroom. You can't live on the terrace and a lot of the time you can't even go out on the terrace because of the weather.

Well, that place isn't too far away from my apartment so I'll make my pitch. I can give you a small south facing balcony and light from the east and south. My place is smaller than that apartment, but I am also on a high floor. My place is $146,000 less expensive and my maintenance is over a $1000 less a month. My maintenance is also 65% tax deductible.

My apartment is the lowest priced one bedroom for sale in my building. I have cut out the broker's commission in order to bring you a lower price.
