Has anyone seen the units? I tried to make an appointment through Stribling and was told they are holding off until the units are built out. I'm very curious about it and don't know what to make of the pricing? Seems a little unrealistic at this point? Perhaps they think people will appreciate the finishes more once they seem them. I would love to know everyone's opinion or see photos if anyone has any. Also, what do you think about the value of these condos in terms of resale in nolita?

they seem kinda small, i like the penthouse floorplan but it would have been nice if it had 3 bedrooms. it is overpriced though
