I don't know if I believe that. Maybe the investor is some separate entity of the sponsor?

It'll be interested to see what price those "investor units" were sold at. How soon will it be posted on ACRIS?

Well, whatever, they are actually pretty nice for the price relative to other rentals in LIC, which have not come down ENOUGH (like Rockrose.) If you are going to do LIC ANYWAY...
