Did you mean "now" or "know"? The latter word addresses the issue of knowledge, meaning familiarity with the apartments.
I think it is possible some people will think you are Hanna. Can you address that critical issue? How does Hanna do at spelling bees?

Although the grammar in that last sentence is probably a more egregious error, I did mean 'know' and simply mistyped. I just want to know about the building and I do not 'know' a Hanna. I am 6'6" black man and probably could get away with that as a name, but luckily my parents did not want to test that theory.
If you want to continue to insult me, please at least tell me something about the building in process.

They look like the SHVO building, which is posh/new and includes such useless amenities as a doorman who can book a private jet (a real plus for residents who can't google the number for blue star, netjets, flex jet, etc on their own iphones) All that being said - the building does look beautiful, lots of light, etc. and that looks way too cheap. But who knows in this market ...

Village, the same pics are listed all over craiglist with prices all over the place in range. Is the market really that scattered?

seems expensive to me - I think you will be able to get stuff like this for 2400 or so in a couple months.

Don't rely on Craigslist for listings. They're all scams from brokers. This is obviously not real.

I second ssskit. Craigslist's real estate section has become functionally useless what with all the brokers cluttering up the place. I realize that there is an occasional gem - I did find a couple of apartments that way - but it takes extreme patience and skepticism. That ad looks like a fake or misleading listing to me.

Listings by owners are ok on craiglist, I have found things there.
