OK, ready to give up on buying but want to get out of my current apt. Streeteasy doesn't seem to be very good and Craigslist is full of worthless crap. NYT the best? Or is there something better?

i have seen people mention nybits.com on here but haven't visited it.

It would be a dream if there could be a website like this for every building in Manhattan. Very transparent. Floorplans, floors, sq footage, and availability date.

Now, if only their pricing was as progressive as their site..
