21 new places put on the market in the last 2 days. Mostly from a new development on Leonard Street. None priced to sell (yet).

I just saw that. Looks like set of buildings backing onto each other with one set facing north on Leonard and the other set facing south on Worth.

Priced at just over $1K psf which is lower than peak, low CC, reasonable RE tax for size of apts, but I still can't see them moving in this current market.
