rent to buy

Discussion about
We are suppose to close on a condo shortly and it poses the usual conflicts. Do you think that the developer would be open to a rent to buy situation? It is a condo bldg, but there is a lot of rental chat going on. We already have a huge deposit on the table. Is there a possiblility that it could be held in escrow while we rent?

no, if you don't close your in breach of the contract and the devleoper has every right to keep it.
