Discussion about
Does anyone have any opinions of the building or the units being offered ? Also, how is the location? It was recommended to me by a friend. I am not familiar with the area but am looking to make the move to Financial District and Tribeca because my company is relocating. Please refrain from telling me now is not the right time to buy. I am also looking forward to rent
Don't have time to post right now but read this link first.
Two of us mention 73 worth and I also describe the area in this link or possibly the other one I provide therein.

Thank you, that was a lot to sift thru. i am similar to the buyer in the prior link in that i want a 2 bed 2 bath for 2m. Any suggestions, thoughts comments given what has been going on would be incredibly helpful.
I'm the real estate agent on that thread who praised 73 Worth -- the location is often considered one of the best in the city, but might seem a little industrial to you, depending on where you're coming from.
If you have questions you want to ask me, I can be reached at 646-322-6150. If you don't want to use a broker (some people prefer to DIY to save $$) I'll stay out of your way -- but I would highly recommend that you read through the thread above, it has excellent comments from divvie and others.
