The churchill on E40 has one, but I know its not upper east, just east.

Also, there is one on E 64 with a "greenhouse" type of thing... does that count?

don't know about outdoor pools, but there are plenty with indoor pools.

I think there's a building at the top of EEA that has an outdoor pool.
