Yep - I got my wine, lexapro, klonopen, roxicodone and lunesta all stocked up. Come on over and have a party at my place. I am a recession haven.

There's probably an increase in open houses offering wine and cheese too.

According to http://www2.standardandpoors.com/spf/pdf/index/CSHomePrice_History_033114.xls Case-Schiller S&P, Jan average NYC prices are down 9.6% year over year and down 15.9% from their 2007 peak.
