There are virtually no foreclosures in Manhattan. Your on a wild goose hunt. However, this place does sell some foreclosures in Manhattan, but I did not find them to be any cheaper than regular apartments:

you are right. However, I wanted to do some homework when it happens. I recently saw 25 Tudor place apt on a foreclosure list.

oh, and just a little FYI: Don't waste your time with RealtyTrac. There is nothing useful on it.
