What's with the huge drop in inventory? Down 500 in one day.

Never look at 1-day changes. Artifacts of the data compilation.
i suspect that some listings needed some "freshening up."
Happens all the time. Could be that one broker's listings got deleted, nor not updated. Could be anything. Wait till Monday.
i have email into SE support about that
ok guys, i'll just come out with it. i bought 550 apartments last night.

Maybe the honesty rule finally kicked in.
SE will not list any apt that fails these tests
1. Any apt that has its f2 overstated by 30% or more.
2. Any description that knowingly lies about views or condition.

one broker fell out of the stats (computer problem or gone forever ???)
Just a small part of the 500, but individual listings for two Williamsburg developments I follow have disappeared (72 Berry & Warehouse 11), though listings are still available on the respective broker's websites.
