Regional malls shutting down, commercial real estate firms on the edge of bankruptcy, forced liquidations, the outcome of a service economy...what will happen when a country with negative savings rate no longer can spend spend spend? and no place to produce or manufacture? http://www.newsday.com/business/ny-bzmall2812594563mar28%2C0%2C1079473.story Simon Properties Group, Vornado, etc big troubles ahead...

Simon own 25% and their stock is up 10% today

Simon's bounce due to Kimco "successful" equity sale.... I would call it pre-mature equi-jaculation.... :)
