seriously dude, do you have anything better to do than talk shit about agentrachel? ever since the majestic post you've been up her ass. you probably can't even afford any listing she has so why are you bothering her? you have way too much free time, get a job and a life...

Hmmmmm... let me see.... an agent gets on and says spent $2.5MM (way over-priced) of your hard earned money b/c NYC RE can only go higher, they are completely assed backwards about square footage, and doesn't have the moral ballz to say, yes SF is wrong..... and mugsy... you're pissed off at columbia?

If a doctor is a hack and completely ruins your health and an anonymous poster keeps posting about this doctor's ineptitude.... is it a public service or a personal attack?

mugsy...another thing, apparently some of these brokerage firms are starting to hypenate and transpose apartment #s in order to confuse the market.... and you are defending agentrachel, bc? Oh no you didn't.... r u AR?

I am not defending her, I think misrepresenting the square footage of an apartment is wrong, I'm just getting really bored of Columbia constantly talking about it, it's getting old. Everyone knows that agents lie. Old news. And no, I am not agentrachel. But I must say, having an incompetent doctor is a lot worse than an incompetent real estate agent.

kind of like cutting off your leg is worse than cutting off your arm? or losing your hearing is better than losing your eyesight? if you're bored with me, I would recommend skipping over my postings particularly the ones that i've started because it is pretty simple to do so.

if you need to be a scold, i would suggest scolding agent rachel instead but i guess that's getting old.

Look I've had my run ins w/ agentrachel.... but I do feel sorry for her for 1) putting her personal info out there 2) being so young and naive and 3) choosing a career with limited upside in the short/long term....

On a personal note, all of the RE brokers that I've met... they all seem to be able to hold a conversation, appear well kept, and never a handicapped person.... so they could choose to be in any profession... but they love compensation vis a vis workload that the current RE Brokerage model provides... it's like a "old boys/girls" club which almost always excludes people of color and "certain" looks.... just look at the personnel pictures of BHS, Corcoran etc.... shrug.... that's just me left leaning side...

mugsy: what difference does it make if one can afford her listings or not? The listings I've seen with her name on them are all incorrect anyway, isn't that the point?
She made the mistake of posting like a douche...and to echo CC, if you don't want to read his posts, why not just ignore them?
