The weather will be great. And the apartments will be fabulous. I will be walking in all the "highly sought after" neighborhoods in the "desirable school zones". So hopefully I will act now or "be priced out forever". Because "it's never been a better time to buy". I will surely be ready for the "drastic price reductions" with "super low maintenance" apartments that the "motivated sellers" are putting on the market...I can't wait for the spin-spin-spin that tomorrow will bring.

Oh I just posted. Someone from another board said her apt will be on today. Chelsea 2 br with a garden. Can't wait

It wasn't on. It was a boring episode. They just showed that expensive soho apt - although gorgeous I don't have 12 million to burn
