Built in 1902 in the Beaux-Arts style with a brick, terra cotta and limestone façade, 213 West 23rd Street was originally home to the McBurney YMCA before being converted in 2004 to a boutique condominium consisting of twelve residential lofts. Originally an eight-story building, a duplex penthouse was added at the time of the conversion. 213 West 23rd Street has an On-Site Superintendent, a video-intercom system and is pet-friendly.
