I passed the State Exam for Real Estate Salespersons June 23 and now I'm looking for a sponsoring broker. I want to work in Manhattan. My coursework is all done on July 23.

I'm looking for a sponsoring broker who is equipped to provide the training and mentoring I need to become a successful residential real estate salesperson in Manhattan."
I also have seven years of management experience as a band leader (managing musicians is like herding cats) and I started my own Limited Liability Company. I'm even Quickbooks friendly!
