First thank you for the helpful answers to some of my previous questions. It seems to more I learn the less I know with real estate (lots of information and experience required). My wife and I like one building and may make an offer on the unit. We like it but are not fully committed. It is the best within our price range and expectations. However, another building will be opening up soon in the same neighborhood but much better location. The unit based on the floorplan and pricing fits our needs. It is actually more to our liking.
Question: Do we hold off on signing the contract for the place we like for a pre-construction place we haven't seen a complete unit?
Any advice on making offers for a pre-construction condo in the event we choose to go that route.
It is life's grass is greener conundrum. Thanks for any replies.
