Discussion about 315 West 36th Street #14B
Just a quick note in case anyone needs more 'inside' information on the building - specifically Apt 14B (we rented there very happily for the last 6 months). The lower floors of the building are commercial, while the upper floors have been made residential - some full floors, some split into 4. The building staff are excellent - and the residents are very welcoming, which is important since it's a rather small group of people. If anyone is interested in more info (particularly the ins and outs of the rental unit), I'd be happy to answer questions.
