What's the consensus on the future of prices in the neighborhood? I've the chance to purchase a nice 1 bedroom in an elevator building near the A subway line on 181st (so a "nice" part of Washington Heights). Price works out to about $380 /sq ft, with monthly fees of about $1.10/sq ft. Is there any chance prices start to move closer to the stylish outer borough places like Park Slope, is will they stay cheap over the next few years?
