Just had the owners accept my offer on a unit at 85 Livingston. Anyone here close on a property there recently? I am told they are a flexible co-op board. We're trying to structure it using a guarantor so it may be a bit more tricky than usual, but it's been done there many times. Glad to hear any experiences.
