I've been living at 515 for almost a year now and have found there to be many things that are SO frustrating with this building: 1) They've been telling us since we moved in (our friends who've lived there for 2 years have been told the same thing) that the Jodi's gym for children would be opening "any day now." I've been living at 515 for almost a year now and have found there to be many things that are SO frustrating with this building: 1) They've been telling us since we moved in (our friends who've lived there for 2 years have been told the same thing) that the Jodi's gym for children would be opening "any day now." As of now it is still not open. What's worse, the building recently had an open house and threw a bunch of children's toys in the empty space that was meants for Jodi's gym and made it appear as though it were in fact open!! The next day, it was back to being empty again. 2) The maintenace and taxes are crazy high. I understand the residents needs to pay for the amenities but they're never going to see the many vacat apartments with monthly charges as high as they are 3) The spa does not have in-house employees. If you want to make an appointment, you need to make one well in advance so they can arrange to have someone be working in the spa that day. 4) The gym, while quite nice, doesn't open until 8:30 on weekends. Why it can't be open 24-hours a day (excluding the pool), I have no idea. 5) The park is great but seemingly is closed a few days every month If all of these problems were addressed, I can't imagine they would have much difficulty selling many more apartments.
