How do live/work situations work in NYC condos? Does this need to be spelled out in an offering plan? or the condo rules? What if the rules change after I move in, having bought the unit specifically because I want to have a live/work situation? that would put me at considerable financial risk. I am asking re: seeing patients in a therapy practice. thanks!
