Gorgeous roof deck and view. Amazing area if you love seeing water, sky, parks in NYC. Very close to all subways. Too bad they allow smoking on the shared roof space. The down side- terrible building if you have environmental sensitivities. Many floors have improperly installed washers and dryers, I believe it is floors 27 and above. Since we are next to one of them, toxic chemicals come in through the walls to our apartment on a weekly basis. It has caused major health issues for me. Also smell neighbor's cigarette smoke through the bathroom sometimes even after closing the vent. The building has been no help in correcting the problem, just excuses.
