The interior finishes arent mindblowing, but for the interior and exterior space I'm interested. I'm thinking 3.6 is what I would pay, but I am concerned a bit with location. Its across the street from the loading dock for Bed bath and Beyond, and the terrace and property doesnt have any real open city views, just lots of sky and the buildings around. I'm interested in what people think this should be valued at.
