I just read on Bloomberg that the Obama administration is looking to expand the HAMP program to landlords. http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-03-05/boom-era-property-speculators-to-get-foreclosure-aid-mortgages.html I was wondering what options are available to a landlord (not me) who has lost his/her job?
