Sale at 50 Sutton Place South #4B

I live in this building. The B line is a STUDIO - not a 1 Bedroom as these two realtors have it categorized and listed on Streeteasy and on the Douglas Elliman website. Search 1 bedrooms and this apartment comes up. The realtors list it as a 1 bedroom; but in the apartment description they describe it as the L shaped STUDIO that it is. So they clearly know the apartment is a STUDIO. These realtors know they are being deceptive just to get the apartment to come up with one bedroom listings under 400k. They had it listed incorrectly the last two times it was listed (see streeteasy history) - and did not sell. Listings need to be accurate. These realtors need to correct the listing. Integrity? ...not with with these two realtors!
