Discussion about 725 President Street in Park Slope
I've heard some things about this property and honestly I think the current offer is a bit steep even if you have the time and effort to put into it. I must say I am concerned about the plumbing and heating system. How is the owner even able to live in this house with the amenities in the state they're in?
