"Storage" Parking UWS

Does anybody know any lots on the UWS that charge a low fixed rate + a fee each time you take out your car? Got a quote on something like that from Edison Park and was intrigued by the concept, but unfortunately it was not a convenient location... (For what it's worth, that one was $190 month + $15 each time you take out car.)
