I live almost right across from this building, and I've been watching the conversion since it began. I'm curious to see if the rents or even the condo prices will be in my price range. I'd considered moving to Harlem, but I like the neighborhood enough that I'd consider staying for a while. Any speculations on how much these places might cost?
