Architect / GC recommendation

Hello! I'm doing a kitchen and bathroom renovation in my condo of 735sf. Would need to knock down a wall, and put up another wall (changing the direction of the entrance of the kitchen). Probably going to need some help in terms of paint colors, perhaps finish the floors, and redo the closets. Do I need an architect or interior designer for this? I'm on a budget, so would appreciate if anyone can recommend a good GC/architect/designer for a reasonable price. Thank you.
