UNIT 3A should be listed as a DISTRESSED property. Unit 3A currently has multiple liens on it. Tax liens, bank liens, Condo Asssociation liens. It has already had it's back tax liens sold. The sale of this unit is a lawsuit in the making. This listing is a pig in sheep's clothing.
