Has anyone recently been involved with transactions using a 7/1 ARM? Can you please share what rates you are seeing? I am not interested in what bankrate.com is quoting, instead I want to know where actual transactions are getting done. Borrower Profile: 780 FICO; Zero debt; 33% downpayment. Thanks!
