Have things gone insane in Nolita? The rumored price paid by puportedly young out-of-towner-bucks involved in edge funds is 30 million, for the 52 units rent stabilized building, which has landmark status and is height and bulk maxed out according to the Little Italy Special Zoning District. "How are these people planning to recoup their investment? Never mind making money on top of that" quips a worried resident. The current landlord, Marolda Properties, which has managed the building for the past 14 years, isn't commenting
