Discussion about 49 Woodhull Street in Columbia St Waterfront District
I'm looking at this building as in investor and don't know how to figure out how much rent i'd get from the B units - 2 br 2 bth, 1050 sq ft. Any thoughts on this or the feasibility of this area for an investor? A bit far from the train it seems.
