I went to the open house on Sunday. And all i can say is that i wish i had the 20% down payment that the building requires. I would buy this apt. in a second. The place was designed as if you were fitting out a yacht. The bedroom even has a porthole ! With a separate kitchen, living room and dining room, there's not an inch of wasted space. The light bamboo paneling on most of the walls gives the place a very warm feel. And the full height, opaque glass paneled bedroom with sliding doors allows for privacy without being confining. Nice job to whoever designed the apt. !
