Discussion about 225 Fifth Avenue #7K
It's hard to watch this one keep falling, from an ask of $7.7 million now at $5.15 million and it probably will fall all the way down to the comp one floor below (6K) http://streeteasy.com/sale/1126697 or lower. I wonder if the listing price was set way too high to see if any buyer would bite, or if they really thought that was a fair market price. Nothing good seems to happen from stale listings though in my opinion.
