Discussion about 233 East 32nd Street in Kips Bay
If you want heat between the hours of 10pm-5am, look elsewhere. The heat isn't on during the night and the apts. are freezing cold. Tenants have addressed this issue for a number of years, but are told to see the NYC heating guidelines, which only require that apts. be 50 degrees inside during this time frame.
